In order to provide a better, more professional and refined work environment for the new and old staff of the Dhivehi Insurance Company, the HR team has launched their very first “Human Resources, Employee Handbook”, which provides all staff members with every bit of information required to keep informed about various rules and regulations along with employee rights and many other helpful knowledge.
Employees can now utilize the handbook to better pave their path whilst working in Dhivehi Insurance. This feat was launched on the same day as our anniversary (August 14th). The handbook launch is a stepping stone to improving employee and company relationships and will hopefully serve to better improve and motivate all employees to produce better results and also move forward in their career.
