Employees from various departments gathered at the Thalassemia Centre, showing solidarity and compassion for those affected by thalassemia. Musician’s Union of Maldives (M.U.M) and Dhivehi Insurance Company have collaborated together to provide insurance for the members of the Union.

Under the policy with Dhivehi Insurance - a comprehensive insurance package tailored exclusively for union members covers:

The insurance coverage will be made available for purchase to members of the Union who are subscribed to the Premium Add-on. Musicians and other freelance artists who are not members of the Union are also welcomed to register with the union to gain this service.

This is the first time a service as such has been made available for freelance artists in the Maldives.

To further explain the conditions and services of the insurance, an informative session will be held on the 23rd of February 2022 by the Union and Dhivehi Insurance on Club House at 3:30pm.

Urbanco food carnival to begin in Hulhumale’

On behalf of Dhivehi Insurance, Managing Director Abdul Wahid signed the agreement while Dr. Hussain Sunny Umar, Chief Executive Officer of Orca Media Group signed the agreement on behalf of the company. The main objective of GOLD 100 and GOLD 100 Gala is to distinguish and appreciate the work done by prolific leaders of the business community in the Maldives. A strict selection criterion that is both transparent and unbiased ensures that the entities on the list are indeed the Maldives’ “Gold 100”.

The Gold list 100 is not intended to rank business entities but is devised to be a selection of the top business entities. As such, it will be published in alphabetical order. GOLD 100 Gala 2019 will be held on the 25th of February at Dharubaaruge.
